Susannah particularly enjoys coaching individuals who want to develop their influencing style and effectiveness.
Susannah’s a talented coach and consultant with more than 20 years of experience leading and developing people and teams. She qualified as a coach with Henley Business School, and now works with a range of people from team and project leaders to Chief Executives. She brings a depth of experience from senior in-house roles and from her experience advising on strategy as a consultant. She is a partner in the communications consultancy RandallFox and an Associate Consultant for SUMS Consulting.
