In this month’s monthly spotlight we are introducing Mark Ames who is one of our associates who specialises in leadership coaching and mentoring.
Mark worked for 35 years in further and higher education, initially as a teacher and then leading student support services. He now works as a leadership coach and mentor with middle and senior-level leaders in universities and other organisations. He qualified as an executive coach through the HumanTechnics Advanced Certificate programme which is independently accredited at Masters level, and by the Institute of Leadership and Management at Level 7.
