Health and Wellbeing

Put your organisation in the best position to support the health and wellbeing of your people

How well prepared are you to provide the right level of health and wellbeing support in your organisation? Are your training arrangements comprehensive? Are you equipped to spot the signs associated with staff health, including mental health, and are you set up to provide the support needed?

Organisations spanning all sectors and remits, have corporate responsibility to ensure their staff and managers are well trained in a range of health and safety courses. Not only does Oyster Outcomes offer a range of these courses including first aid at work, working at heights training and fire safety training, but we also offer health & safety audits and risk management practice, ensuring our clients are able to take a holistic and thorough approach to creating safe and healthy workplaces.

In spotting the signs of poor mental health early, and providing qualified help, you are more likely to keep the individual at work or on track with their education, as opposed to them going sick or stepping away.

The idea of Mental Health Aware, Mental Health First Aid and Managing, Promoting and Understanding Mental Health and WELL-being in the Workplace, is that early intervention for someone experiencing mental health challenges, can either prevent them spiralling into a deeper crisis or help them find a pathway through their issues.
