Alison’s a qualified Coach with over 10 years of experience in leadership development. Following 26 years working for the John Lewis and Partners. Alison founded Alison Cripps Consultancy in 2018, and coach’s leadership and management staff and apprentices in both the public and private sector, including in Further Education. She has a wealth of tools and methods to bring to her coaching capability drawn from her L&D background, including using her MBTI practitioner expertise.
Coaching Philosophy
Creating space for individuals to explore their possibilities unlocks opportunities endless possibilities. Alison sees her role as a Coach not to give clients the answers, but to use her coaching approach to help them discover their own solutions, whether that be an action, developing thinking, or a different way of being. She creates a relaxed, confidential environment and she varies her style dependent on her client’s needs.
