Debbie’s worked in a wide range of specialist People related functions for over 20 years, and is a highly experienced and valued leadership coach, mentor and facilitator. She’s particularly skilled at helping individual leaders, teams and organisations through periods of growth, change and transition to deliver business performance. She’s an accredited ICF Coach, qualified via Barefoot Coaching and the John Lewis internal coaching programme. Debbie holds additional qualifications in Systemic Coaching, Level A and B BPS and various psychometric instruments. Recently having left the John Lewis Partnership, Debbie is a joint partner in the Henry Harris Partnership.
Debbie is passionate about leadership transformation and enjoys working with leaders who want to push and stretch themselves to fulfil their highest goals. She’s warm, empathetic and connects with individuals, encouraging them to feel safe in their coaching environment.
