Helen is a tenacious and effective change professional with 16 years’ experience delivering transformation across a wide variety of retail & business support areas in a well-respected major high street retailer (John Lewis Partnership). She has significant business change experience as well as in projects and programmes.

Helen is also a Trustee for local hospice and MSP qualified (Managing Successful Programmes).

Helen is passionate about effective project and programme delivery and getting the best from those she works with, supporting them to achieve their required outcomes. She has an honest, supportive and pragmatic approach, helping clients to deliver benefit. Change is often needed at pace so it is vital to build trusting relationships quickly and effectively. She truly believes that it’s the combination of a happy and engaged team along with a clear focus on delivery and objectives that gives successful results.
