Marie’s a coaching psychologist who worked in academia for 17 years in Universities in London and the South Coast. She’s coached in a range of industries at all levels including leadership and senior management teams. Marie has a strong insight into the current level of change in the Public Sector, particularly Higher Education. She has a PhD in psychology and is currently leading on professional development in coaching within the British Psychological Society. She also offers coach training, coaching supervision and mentoring.
Marie’s passionate about helping people to develop and flourish by drawing on a combination of psychological tools and techniques proven to help top performers. She originally trained as a sport and exercise psychologist and is as committed to performance as she is wellbeing. Marie’s coaching approach is person-centred, supportive and authentic. She is committed to empowering individuals and teams to fulfil their potential whilst maintaining good work/life balance.
In addition to being a qualified Mental Health First Aider, Marie has completed training in cognitive behavioural therapy, brief solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing. She is a very experienced trainer and workshop facilitator, and is committed to helping people to improve their psychological wellbeing.
