Mark is a creative, innovative Employee Insight professional with over 15 years’ experience in designing, implementing and analysing employee voice initiatives across two of the UKs leading retail brands (John Lewis Partnership and Tesco).
He holds the CIPD advanced award in employee engagement, is a member of the Market Research Society and just recently become a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts for his expertise within the world of employee voice and engagement.
Mark is passionate about the power of employee opinion, having seen first-hand the difference that this can make to the quality of leadership and business thinking. He really enjoys sharing this passion with others and building strong, collaborative working relationships built on mutual understanding and trust.
He firmly believes that taking the time to listen to and understand the client perspective is key to delivering the right solution. He also believes that solutions don’t need to be overly complex but they do need to be authentic and sustainable to really have impact and meaning.
He is fully committed to helping those he works with find the right solution for them whatever their budget, challenges and constraints.
