Tamara is the Founder and Director of Keystone Coaching. Tamara is a qualified Positive Psychology Consultant, Coach, Mentor and Teacher, with an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. Tamara has over 14 years experience mentoring and coaching and is passionate about helping her clients develop the fortitude, courage and self-esteem to create healthy boundaries, feel happier and more in control of their life and career, and truly thrive.
As well as providing individual and group coaching for adults, she has designed and delivered positive psychology-based mental health and wellbeing training programs for schools and businesses in the UK. As a qualified teacher, Tamara also supports the mental health and wellbeing of young people, offering coaching programs to those between the ages of 8 and 18.
A qualified Mental Health First Aider, Tamara is committed to helping people of all ages to improve their mental health and wellbeing and thrive.
Tamara is passionate about transformational coaching, supporting her clients to explore values, strengths and identity, to build self-esteem, courage, optimism and wellbeing.
Tamara’s approach is person-centred, nurturing and authentic; helping her clients develop self-awareness, increase self-acceptance and create a meaningful life that’s more aligned with their values. Her clients are often experiencing worries, negative thoughts or feel stuck, and Tamara creates a warm, safe, welcoming space in which they can explore and reprogram their self-beliefs, transform their mindset and create peace. Her calm positivity and enthusiasm are infectious, and people often describe feeling energised and motivated after their sessions.
