About & Experience
Vicky’s a Leadership Coach with extensive experience of working with executive and senior leaders and teams across a number of industries. She trained with the Academy of Executive Coaching and is a thoughtful, engaging and experienced coach and mentor. Vicky’s coaching also supports leadership appointments and career transitions. She owns Denning Consulting & Coaching Ltd, and has previous senior experience in the John Lewis Partnership, Lloyds Group, Deloitte and Andersen Business Consulting.
