Oyster Outcomes has succeeded in securing a grant from the ESFA / Groundwork Home – Groundwork), which enables our team to attract 25 people seeking employment from a wide range of backgrounds, who will receive expert coaching and training from our expert Associates – FOR FREE. Candidates must live in the Thames Valley Region, and provide evidence that they are either unemployed, not in receipt of income and are actively seeking employment or placement in structured education, or who are currently economically inactive and seeking to get back into work. Candidates can be aged 16+ and will come from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Our core offer will be upwards of seven hours of support which will include the completion of the online i-act for positive mental health and wellbeing certificate, along with three hours of 1:1 coaching support. We have other support services we can also offer depending on the delegate (e.g – stress management, group confidence coaching), and should these be more appropriate to enable delegates to succeed we will build this in.
